I motivate myself to be better and better every day and to always find something to look forward to. I keep my dreams in front of me so that I know that I am moving forward. And just be happy. Staying positive is the best way to not feel stressed. There are a lot of things to appreciate; we just have to open our eyes. And of course, we have to accept that life did not come with instructions. It is okay to make mistakes, to feel tired, and to feel like you want to give up. But what you have to do is to keep fighting.
